The present general terms and conditions of sale or provision of services apply, without restriction or reserve, to all products and/or services offered for sale on vtaclight.be (hereinafter referred to as "the Site").
The fact that a natural or legal person orders on the Site implies full acceptance of the present general sales conditions. They are accessible at any time on the Site and will prevail, if necessary, over any other version and over the Customer's own general conditions of purchase or others.
The prices in force are expressed including all taxes, we reserve the right to postpone any new tax and rate increase.
The prices indicated are in Euros.
You must pay the totality of the purchases with the order, with the banking coordinates indicated in the email of confirmation of the order.
Any complaint and/or dispute of the customer against the service will have to be formulated, exclusively by e-mail to the address

at the latest 48 hours as from their generating fact (not reception of contract more than 24 hours after the order or nonconformity of the contract in the 24 hours of its reception), under penalty of forfeiture.
The Products are delivered as soon as possible by email. In agreement with the customer, we execute the service before the end of the seven-day period.
The parties therefore agree that the sending of the contract shall not give rise to any right of withdrawal.
By purchasing the contract, the customer becomes the holder of a non-exclusive license to use the contract. This license includes the right to use the contract for a strictly personal use and within the framework of the private or professional activities of the customer. This right is non-transferable on the part of the customer. The customer can use and install only one copy of the contract received and download it on a single computer.
Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, for other purposes, in particular commercial, on any medium is prohibited. The non-respect of this prohibition constitutes a counterfeit which can engage the civil and penal liability of the counterfeiter.
The contracts are protected by the legislation on the copyright and in a general way, on the intellectual property. No mention or use of trademarks, trade names, acronyms, logos, drawings or photos appearing on the Site may be made without our prior written consent. Any reproduction or use not previously and expressly authorized is constitutive of the offence of counterfeiting and liable to civil and criminal proceedings. Moreover, any use contrary to good morals and morality will not be subject to any authorization
The contracts offered for sale have been subject to all the necessary care.
However, the customer recognizes and accepts that the models presented do not constitute in any case a detailed legal opinion.
The models are used under the full responsibility of the client and are for information purposes only.
A contract must be adapted to the objectives pursued by the parties, taking into account their own legal constraints and particularities. It is strongly advised to use it only after consulting a specialist.
By using the contract, you renounce to put in question the responsibility of vtaclight.be, its editors or the author of the text, even in case of weakness or inaccuracy, flagrant or not, of its content.
In any case, the responsibility of vtaclight.be, its publishers, its partners and the authors is limited to the refund of the purchase price.

If for any reason a provision of these terms and conditions should be declared unenforceable, this unenforceability will not affect the application of the other provisions of the terms and conditions. The inapplicable one will then be replaced by the closest possible provision.
Neither vtaclight.be, its editors, nor the customer can be held responsible for any non-fulfillment which would have as origin a case of force majeure, beyond their control, including but not limited to cases of war, riot, insurrection, interruption of transport, import or export problems, strike, lock-out, shortage, fire, flood, etc.
